Hitching Post is only 25 minutes drive from the Kelowna
International Airport with regular flights out of Seattle Washington
USA on Alaska Airlines. Another 20 minutes drive from
the Hitching Post gets you to one of the longest chair lifts
in North America at Big White ski resort . Snow

Valley Railway and Greystokes Snowmobile Park

| Summer months offer hiking,
horseback riding, ATV’ing and cycling (right outside your
front door). The old Kettle Valley Railway trail runs
through the mountains nearby which opens up hundreds of
kilometers of picturesque territory to discover. Enjoy fishing
in the numerous lakes and swim in the crystal clear waters of
Mission creek right behind our place. Our outdoor rink is available for roller skating , roller hockey , basketball and tennis. The Okanagan
Lake area is known for fruit growing, its famous winery
estates, hot sunny beaches, amusement parks, and numerous golf
courses. |
